Interviewer: You will be given up to 5 minutes to answer a question, if you do not answer within the time limit, you have failed that question

Interviewer: Please let me know if you have any questions before we begin, I expect a yes or a no from everybody.

If someone asks you a question, answer it.

Interviewer: In order to successfully pass this session, you must answer 4 (IV) questions correctly.

Interviewer: Let's begin.

Interviewer: I. What led you to begin work at CCB? Minimum of 2 (II) sentences.

There are no right or wrong answers. If an answer has at least two sentences and is generally understandable, it is considered a passing response. Otherwise, it is considered a failed response.

If they fail, kick them. If they pass, lead them to the main room.

Important Information

This document is not public. You should not leak it to anyone below Staff Intern. Leaking is prohibited.

After an interview concludes, it's important for the interviewer to guide the interviewees to the main room for ranking. The Overseer is typically responsible for this task, but if there isn't one present, the Host or Co-Host will take charge. To ensure accurate timing, use a stopwatch for each response. The Monitor is present to oversee the interview session and remove any noncompliant individuals.
